“Doing the 4 day/3 night Santa Cruz trek with Yunmer and his team was one of the best camping/hiking experiences ever. - Camp sites were set up and taken down by the team including tents. - Chef Juan made hearty meals for breakfast lunch and dinner while accommodating for dietary restrictions including: beef pot roast, chicken and quinoa, curry chicken. - Yunmer was both professional and super funny. Happy to teach spanish but also share facts about the surrounding mountains and his personal history in the region. - Hot tea/coffee served every morning (and for meals), along with plenty of snacks including fruits, nuts and candies. Highly recommend. Bring your best acclimatized self and Huaraz Treks and Climbz will take care of everything else!”
