“Doing the 4 day/3 night Santa Cruz trek with Yunmer and his team was one of the best camping/hiking experiences ever. - Camp sites were set up and taken down by the team including tents. - Chef Juan made hearty meals for breakfast lunch and dinner while accommodating for dietary restrictions including: beef pot roast, chicken and quinoa, curry chicken. - Yunmer was both professional and super funny. Happy to teach spanish but also share facts about the surrounding mountains and his personal history in the region. - Hot tea/coffee served every morning (and for meals), along with plenty of snacks including fruits, nuts and candies. Highly recommend. Bring your best acclimatized self and Huaraz Treks and Climbz will take care of everything else!”
“My boyfriend and I had 2 days trek on Cordillera Blanca with the night at Pisco Hut. It has been an intense, incredible journey that has left a deep memory and emotion in our lives. “Rodolfo provided an amazing experience for our 6 day, 5 night trek through Huayhuash. Each day was tailored to suit our group’s needs. We had amazing meals, breakfast/lunch/dinner and a midafternoon snack as well as snacks provided throughout the day. From chef Juan’s amazing meals to Rubber, and Olobeario’s wonderful camp site selection we had a great time and cannot recommend this company enough.”
